Attack Angle

The vertical angle of the clubhead relative to the ground at impact. Positive (upward) with driver adds launch and reduces spin — both good for distance. Negative (downward) with irons produces crisp ball-then-turf contact. A launch monitor will show your attack angle instantly, which is why sim golf accelerates improvement.
