Type-Specific Simulator
A simulator configured to one exact aircraft type — typically a Cessna 172, Piper Archer, King Air, or specific jet. The cockpit layout, avionics, and handling all mirror the real aircraft so training transfers directly. Compared to generic sims, type-specific models cost more but are the ones the FAA accepts for advanced training.
